The initial problem wasn’t the tool.
It was the lack of a shared understanding of what planning meant for different roles.
Some people expected tasks.
Others expected priorities.
Others visibility.
The most relevant work happened before configuration:
aligning expectations, vocabulary, and levels of abstraction.
The tool came last.
